How can I pay?
If you want to pay by credit card, use the grey buttons. This will take you to the payment portal of a company called Payfast. They are South Africa’s top online payment portal, and have all the security measures in place to protect you as a buyer. Please note that Payfast has nothing to do with the actual product – they can’t help with questions about delivery etc. Contact me directly.
You can also do an EFT. Please just make sure that you use a sensible recipient reference when making payment, so I know who the money is from such as your your name or phone number. It is almost impossible to track payments with references such as “bird book” or the like.

Do I need to send a proof of payment?
You can email a proof of payment if you like, but as long as we have your details and a payment reference, everything should be fine. But don’t hesitate to get in touch if anything is unclear or if you have special requests.
Can I get a replacement / refund?
A very small percentage of books have some flaw that we might not see when we pack it. Or it might have hit a bump during shipping. If you feel this is a problem, we will gladly send you another free of charge, or refund you.
